    Thank you for using our website and application ("Fishers Market"). The site is owned and operated by the ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY for Electronic Transactions, which is registered in the United Arab Emirates and whose main office is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

    The prices

    • Base currency

    All fees and prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices/fees may be shown in the local currency based on the currency exchange rate.

    • Change in prices

    Site prices are subject to change at any time. Prices may also vary due to product launches, promotions or sales. Prices for items that are out of stock or available for pre-order are valid during the promotional period after the order is placed. The price of the items may change which may vary with the pre-order price, customers will be informed by sending SMS and will have the possibility to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update the prices displayed on the Site from time to time, and after updating, they cannot claim against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

    Expect your order to be processed in approximately 2-4 hours within the same day all the week, provided the items are in stock and there are no issues with payment verification. We do provide same day shipping.

    Your electronic receipt or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY reserves the right at any time after receipt of your application to accept or reject your application for any reason. ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply you with a smaller quantity of any item than you have requested. We may require verification or additional information before accepting any order.

    • Acknowledgment of receipt

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancelling Order:
    You may request to cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. No cancellation request will be accepted after 24 hours of ordering the item.

    Our cancellation:
    We may cancel your order if:
    A.      you do not make any payment to us when it is due
    B.      you do not, within a reasonable time of requesting the order, provide us with information that is necessary for us to prepare the item.
    C.      you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Items to you or collect them from us
     
    Return and Refund Policy

    Returns is a scheme provided by ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY to you.

    Replacement:
    Replacement of the Item/s from ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY subject to the following terms and conditions.
    A.  You have 12 hours to make a replacement or return request after your order has been delivered.
    B. Notify ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY of any defects in the Item/s at the time of delivery of the Item/s and/or within the applicable return policy period and the same Item/s will be replaced in return of the defective Item/s.
    C.  Replacement can be for the entire Item/s or part/s of the Item subject to availability of the item
    D. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
    E.  For Items not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order
    F.  If your purchase is found to be counterfeit, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees paid.
    G. You, as a customer, shall be entitled to claim a refund of the transaction price (as your sole and exclusive remedy) in case you do not receive the delivery within the time period agreed in the transaction or within the time period as provided in the policies, whichever is earlier.
    H. In case you do not raise a refund-claim contacting our customer support within the stipulated time then this would make you ineligible for a refund.
    I.  Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
    J.  If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement depending on individual’s bank process.
    K. For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers.
    L. Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY in case of any misuse by Buyer. We may also request you for additional documents for verification.
    M. Your refund will be initiated once your Item is received back and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you.

    Delivery / Shipping Policy
    A. We will use our courier for delivering the items to you.
    B.  The costs of delivery if there is any will be as displayed to you on our Site at each Item page.
    C. Usually, we charge AED 15 for orders inside Abu Dhabi Island, we charge AED 30 Outside Abu Dhabi Island.
    D.  Delivery Date will be displayed to you on our Site at each Item page.
    E. If our supply of the Item is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
    F. Item will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the Item to the delivery address and you have paid for the Item.
    G.  We deliver all across Abu Dhabi Emirate and Al Ain Area. We are not providing delivery outside UAE.

    All product images are for illustration purpose only and may differ from the actual product due to product improvement. Due to differences in monitors, product colors may also appear different from those shown on the website.

    We currently offer the following payment methods:
    A.      Online payment: Pay by card (online) (recommended): You can make an online payment using a MasterCard or Visa.
    B.    Payment at the time of receipt (for UAE only):
    C.   Card payment (upon receipt): You can use any MasterCard or Visa card at the time of delivery to pay the order amount.
    D.   Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay in cash to our representative who will deliver the order to you
    In order to protect the site's visitors to the best of our knowledge, in accordance with a number of security policies and certifications.     Invoices
    An order form filled out online by the customer cannot be considered an invoice. Regardless of the method of purchase or payment, the customer receives his/her invoice inside the parcel when the order is delivered. A digital/paper copy of each invoice is recorded in our secure and encrypted database.

    Security
    ABU DHABI FISHERMEN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of any payment details included in your order however, without direct negligence on our part, we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to the information you have provided.
